What are Assemblies?
An Assembly is a permanent electronic Room where Black Canadians meet to discuss, deliberate, debate and vote to find consensus on, or make decisions about, a specific topic(s) important to Black Canadians. Assemblies are where Black Canadians determine our priorities, develop strategies and plan their execution.
Proposal are put forward by the Assembly Administrators or by Members.
Assemblies can hold meetings, some are private and some are open. If they are open, it is possible to participate in them (for example: attending if the capacity allows it, adding points to the agenda, or commenting on the proposals and decisions taken by this organ).
